Please send LOVE to those effected by #wildfires

Please send #love to everyone, everywhere….Your possessions could be gone in a flash. Right NOW I have spoken to my Best Friend and she is safe but the #valleyfire is no where near under control. Right NOW is a an unfortunate time for many. Like I said, your life’s work is just that. Work is your life and you should be doing what you want to be doing, on a road to achieving what you desire, because tomorrow is not guaranteed to ever come and yesterday is just a memory. It is time to pray for the GOD of your choice but LIVE IN THE NOW. Your home, your car, even your body is just a temporary structure. Create #community and #family. That is what is going to matter the most if you lose everything but are spared your life. Like I have said on numerous occasions, EMBRACE but do not POSSESS it could all disappear in a second, or less. RESPECT, BREATHE and LOVE. DO NOT WASTE ONE MORE INCH OF SOIL OR GALLON OF WATER. We may need it for food and shelter in a second from now. It is truly a miracle that more lives have not been lost by these horrific environmental tragedies #prepare for a disaster, it could come tomorrow, or even tonight. May those that provide for people be safe in the hand’s of the GOD they chose and their spirit safe to keep those that need help out of the way of OUR ridiculous behavior.(some are not to blame) Even if you have played a part in a storm or fire, contribute to helping anyone you may have displaced. END EVERY CONFLICT AND STOP EVERY #FOSSILFUEL #DIVEST #Hemp #biofuel #valleyfire #roughfire #buttefire and all those I have missed, MY SPIRIT IS WITH YOU.

Where is your Love?

6a00e551eea4f588340167648cfd95970b-800wi Over the past few years I have found that I belong close to my passion. The average person is finding themselves closer to the atrocities of the fossil fuel industry then they had ever realized. They are also in finding out just how far from the original intent of the constitution the USA has fallen. With the passage of Citizens United and the Patriot Act,… [Search domain] the once people powered government is a home to Corporate misconduct and a plutocracy that is quickly transforming the area into something that is very much resembling a 3rd world country. Let us not forget that if a Bush or Clinton wins the next 2 elections a member of those families will have ruled the country for 28 of the last 36 years since 1988. It is no wonder the most younger people have little faith in the country, It has been a dictatorship in their opinion.

TOO much time on Twitter….

In order to keep up with the almost illegal announcements of SunocoLogistics Mariner 1, 2, 3 Pipeline projects it has sent me to a forum where I can post information in a more timely manner. I am anxious to communicate with my fellow locals but when Enviro-Concern announcements are 2 hours before the meeting in rural areas. Please stay on top with the  facts  SUNOCO FALLS UNDER A SPIDER WEB OF NAMES AND IS NOW OFFERING A 5 cent OFF per gallon PR campaign. A small clip from the Bloserville Cumberland/Perry Pipeline awareness Meeting.

{Another landowner from Bloserville, Lenny Witmer, also expressed his anger over how Sunoco Logistics has been handling the situation. Even more so, Witmer could not help but wonder where the landowners’ local representatives and politicians were that he believes should be at the informative meetings supporting landowners.

“I’m really irritated with America, the politicians for one,” Witmer said, “The fact that those guys in Harrisburg or Washington, D.C., will bend over backwards for Sunoco, Wal-Mart, Kmart, you name it … but Lenny Witmer that lives in the middle of nowhere — they don’t care.”

Though, while the verdict is already out for many of the landowners when it comes to how they feel about the project, some remain skeptical about the overall outcome. Oscar Barrick, a resident of the Bloserville area, was present when Sunoco took over the Mariner East 1 pipeline that already runs through western Cumberland County. Barrick noted that he was unaware of any accidents that had occurred since the first pipeline had been built, but also added that the new pipeline was going to be “a lot bigger” than the residents think it is going to be, and that as of now, he is unsure how to feel about the entire subject.

For some, however, it is not the new pipeline that has residents concerned. The pipeline that currently exists, Mariner East 1, falls into the lower 4 percent of the oldest pipelines in the nation having been built in 1931. Sunoco said it has since refurbished some of the line, but the pipeline’s age still leaves Thorpe and company concerned about the safety of residents who already have the pipeline running through parts of their property. Thorpe noted that while she is not completely against the pipeline projects, she added that the biggest issue for her is the fight for safer regulations for the existing and potentially new pipeline that could be making its way into the area.

As of now, nothing is set in stone as to whether or not the pipeline will actually be constructed. However, Thorpe noted that the process has been proposed and that the wheels are in motion to get the new pipeline underway.

Thorpe and Van Fleet will host another information meeting for the public within the next two weeks.}

Again the next meeting was is Lebanon County where they have faced the least opposition and least educated landowners in Central PA.

How many were informed of the “Quentin Firehall ” community meeting on the 16th??? I encourage everyone to follow our FB awareness group and a daily follow of @frackFreeFarm on twitter to make sure you are not fooled by their campaign and PR actions. Obviously local officials are NOT on your side!!!!!!54d2f283eb98b.image

Well you can’t expect Wolf to show up but Bloom and state senator should have been there. Some how we need to have pathways for power lines, gas/ oil lines and rail lines. The logical place would be parallel to interstate highways.

One of the reasons why we need a Revolution

In 1999, a series of laws /reforms went into effect essentially giving the financial world total control not only over your property, what is under your property, the companies that produce what is under your property, the pipelines to ship what ever they find, the trucks to transport it, the tankers to hold it off shore and sell it back to the USA (aka you) when it is most or least needed at a premium or send it China if they don’t think they will not make enough money selling it in the USA. Let me introduce you  to the “Financial Modernization Act of 1999” Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act

This is what I would like to term as “Crafted Fascism”.fas·cism noun ˈfa-ˌshi-zəm also ˈfa-ˌsi-: a way of organizing a society in which a government ruled by a dictator (or in this case a group of dictators i.e. banks) controls the lives of the people and in which people are not allowed to disagree with the government.

It turns the United States into an industrial warehouse where you don’t even  own your name. Crafted in the minds of people very similar to the ones that brought you Jekyll Island, Goldman Sachs, Chase, J.P. Morgan. This act lets their  be no progress. No return of manufacturing to the U.S. It discourages invention. It assures that the .oooo1% will sit proudly on their thrones….

Keystone Progress and The Community Environmental Legal Defence Fund

Highland Township in Bradford County Injection Well fight……fracking-rig

An environmental law firm is defending a Highland Township ban on injection well activity, even after a federal agency approved the very project the ban was created to prevent.

Wednesday’s meeting of the Highland Township Supervisors included a presentation by members of the Community Environmental Legal Defense Fund. The environmental law firm wants to represent the township in its ongoing battle against natural gas corporation Seneca Resources over a planned injection well near a municipal water supply in James City.

Prior to the start of the meeting, Ben Price of the Community Environmental Legal Defense Fund said the injection well project will not move forward given his firm’s legal defense of a local law banning the practice — even with the project obtaining U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) permitting earlier this month.

Price refers to a 2013 ordinance adopted by the Highland Township Supervisors which banned injection wells in the township. The ordinance labels the underground injection method used in disposing of natural gas drilling wastewater a threat to health and public safety as it has been linked to earthquakes and groundwater pollution.

The ordinance still stands and trumps even state law and EPA approval, according to Price, who said an EPA permit cannot be used to violate local law.

“It says so right in the issuance of the permit,” Price said, adding, “it really doesn’t make much difference whether (the project) is approved, the community has a right to protect its rights. Supervisors take an oath to protect the community and the EPA doesn’t have the authority to nullify that oath of office or those obligations.”

Seneca Resources Corp. has previously dismissed the Highland Township ordinance as a violation of state oil and gas legislation, and threatened litigation to invalidate it.

Price said the company’s stance matters little to a defense of the township’s position and code.

“It’s not relevant whether Seneca Resources Corp. believes the law is legal or not, they don’t have the option to decide what laws to obey,” Price said. He argues that fundamental rights to clean water supersede state administrative law, although the matter may be left to a judge’s discretion.

For his part, Highland Township Supervisor Jim Wolfe said on Wednesday the township is considering its options, including filing an appeal to the EPA’s permit approval.

Before Wednesday’s meeting, Wolfe said he looked forward to public input on the subject.

“We don’t know what to expect … it’s a big controversy,” Wolfe said.

Price points to the City of Pittsburgh’s successful ban on fracking in 2010 as well as 160 communities with “rights abuse laws,” similar to Highland Township’s injection well ban, as evidence of the odds being in the township’s favor.

“It’s not a done deal yet,” Price said of Seneca’s injection well plans and the EPA approval.

Seneca Resources had no planned attendance at Wednesday night’s meeting.

Seneca has announced no timetable for the injection well becoming operational and says the project remains in the regulatory phase. The company has said it is looking to cooperate with Highland Township officials as the project progresses.                ƒƒƒ         OCCUPY BRADFORD

Natural Gas “America’s Fuel” THE BIG LIE

Growing domestic production over the past several years has replaced pipeline imports from Canada, while exports to Mexico have increased. EIA expects these trends will continue through 2015. EIA projects net imports of 3.5 Bcf/d in 2014 and 2.6 Bcf/d in 2015, which would be the lowest level since 1987. Over the longer term, the EIA Annual Energy Outlook 2014 projects the United States will be a net exporter of natural gas beginning in 2018.       Taken from the   STEO : (Federal Short -Term Energy-Outlook)                  ƒƒƒ   OWS   OCCUPY            OCCUPY  BRADFORD          OCCUPY  JEFFERSON
